This product is based on an old design from the 1700's to keep
butter fresh and spreadable without having to refrigerate it! Let butter soften.
Fill the base 1/3 with water and press a stick of butter completely into the lid.
Turn the lid over and fit into the base. The water will keep the butter sealed
and fresh so you are able to store it on your counter or table and not the fridge!
Just change your water every couple of days! Place the lid upside down on your
table to serve. Instructions included.
